UX IMPROVEMENT FOR APM MONACO’S WECHAT MINI PROGRAM

This is a business project that I designed while working in the 31Ten agency. The brief is to redesign the homepage and product page for APM Monaco’s WeChat mini program. After analyzing problems and pain points, we provide flexible blocks design for the homepage and different functional improvements for the product page, like sharing functions, color selections.
My Role: UI/UX designer, responsible for problem analysis, prototyping, and user interface design
Before starting the UX modification, we analyzed the current problem that existed on the part that we need to focus on. In the previous homepage design, the homepage was taken by different collections, which caused a long time of boring reading and scrolling. ︎︎︎
As what I show below, to make the homepage more eye-catching and less boring:
︎︎︎we used the transparent top bar to make the whole screen look more significant and comfortable to read.
︎︎︎More information on the homepage, like the match, bestseller and so on.
︎︎︎Flexible blocks design: all information are customizable except for the key visual block on the top, others are all block design with a different layout so that our clients can easily change the content to adapt their new season products line.
