👋 I’m a UX/Product Designer with over 4 years of experience crafting user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile.
Currently, I’m a Product Designer at The Times, focused on improving the customer journey across digital platforms.
Previously, at BBC World Service, I led web design for article and live event pages in 41 languages, introduced new storytelling formats, and built design library that improved team efficiency. Before that, in consultancy, I created digital solutions for organisations including the University of the Arts London, Hermès, Shiseido, APM Monaco, Christie’s, and the UK Cabinet Office.
My skill set spans UI/UX design, stakeholder workshops, user research, and scalable design systems. I thrive in diverse teams where different perspectives lead to thoughtful, inclusive solutions.
I’m personally passionate about designing with empathy, drawing on my background in understanding human emotions and cultural diversity.
